Customer Reviews
Detailed review of a recent plant order
I placed an order for an 'Orchidee' and a 'Keramikübertopf' last week. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, and I appreciated the clear product images. The items arrived via DHL within five days, which was within the expected timeframe. Packaging was robust; the orchid was secured effectively to prevent damage during transit, and the pot was well-protected with bubble wrap. Both the plant and the pot were exactly as described on the site. The orchid had several healthy blooms and buds, and the ceramic pot was a good quality. I haven't needed customer support, so I can't comment on that, but the product quality and delivery experience were good.
Fresh flowers, fast shipping
Got a 'Monstera' plant. It arrived quickly and was well-packaged. Plant looked healthy. Good service.
Good quality, delivery could be faster
I ordered a 'Rosenstrauß' for my mom's birthday. The flowers arrived looking fresh and vibrant, and she was really happy with them. The 7-day freshness guarantee seems legitimate, as they lasted well beyond that. My only slight issue was the delivery took 4 days to reach Berlin, which felt a bit long for an online flower service. Customer service was helpful when I inquired about the tracking, though. Overall, a good experience, but a faster shipping option would be great.
Pretty good flowers
I bought some 'Tulpen' a couple weeks ago. They came looking nice, not squished or anything. Shipping was okay, took a few days to get here but that's typical. They lasted a while too, longer than some I've bought from other places. Just a solid, easy experience overall.
Reliably good plants
This isn't my first time ordering from Blume2000. I bought a 'Sukkulente' this time, and like my previous 'Glücksfeder' order, it arrived healthy and well-packed. They're consistently good with their plants. It's why I keep coming back, always know what to expect.
Absolutely loved my order!
I just received my 'Blumen mit Pralinen' order and I am so delighted! The 'Pfingstrosen' were absolutely stunning, and the chocolates were a lovely touch. Everything was packed perfectly, and it arrived in pristine condition. I already told my sister about it, and I'm definitely going to order from Blume2000 again. What a fantastic gift idea!

Does Blume2000 deliver on weekends? Like, if I order flowers for a Saturday delivery, will they actually show up?
Hey, wondering if anyone knows how long their flowers usually last? Wanna send some to my mom for her birthday but don't want them dying in a few days.
